Technical Support Engineers required at a leading web hosting company based in Brighton.
They are looking for both experienced and junior engineers to join the technical support team to support a range of high-profile clients via both telephone and their ticketing system.
They require an ambitious individual who is looking to grow within a progressive company. The role is very dynamic and varied in terms of technology, as you will be working on client applications and their cloud platform as well as hardware platform deployments and management at the data centre.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a professional manner, as this role is customer facing.
