The post is fixed term in the first instance, with a possibility of extension or becoming permanent.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to support staff in the education, supervision and care of the children in Pantysgallog Primary School.
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be confident, reliable and flexible.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a team under the guidance and direction of the Leader and Manager to:
• Support class teachers as required
• Deliver interventions to individuals or small groups
• Play a key role in raising standards, through the quality of own teaching and own professional development.
The candidate will be required to support pupils in the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 to implement specific learning programmes as well as support class teachers to promote high standards. Candidates will be expected to maintain records and produce reports.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
