Job Description


Renew, Integrated Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Service provides rapid access to a range of interventions and treatment options for adults experiencing problems with substance misuse, promoting a focus on prevention, recovery and independence.

We are looking for a passionate and committed Health and wellbeing assistant to join our clinical team; this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and performance of the service.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Health and Well-Being Strategy ensuring that this is embedded into practice. The successful candidate will work as part of the integrated recovery team and will be committed to taking a positive and holistic approach to their work, proactively delivering comprehensive interventions aimed at improving health & well-being for service users in partnership with a range of local agencies and support providers.
