The Forth Floor offers the ultimate dining experience with three distinctly different areas - enjoy glamorous cocktails at the bar, a business lunch in the brasserie or a gourmet dinner in the restaurant- all sharing Harvey Nichols signature style and sophistication.

Our award winning Restaurant uses the finest Scottish produce to create dishes that match modern flavours with traditional technique, providing the ultimate fine dining experience. Our Brasserie provides everything from a stylish breakfast, afternoon tea and contemporary tapas, to an à la carte lunch or seriously good supper.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our busy and bustling kitchen brigade within the Brasserie section.

Duties will include preparing and presenting food to the highest culinary standards while minimising wastage and ensuring service areas are maintained according to health and hygiene regulations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef to work with an energetic, highly skilled and knowledgeable team, gaining invaluable skills and knowledge to assist them in their career.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is highly motivated, creative and passionate about food with a positive, can do attitude and an eagerness to develop their skills. Significant experience working in a similar type of environment or quality restaurant is essential for this role.
